10 Ways To Get Bigger Super Soft Lips

10 Ways To Get Bigger Super Soft Lips

1. Exfoliate your lips once a week

Using a lip scrub along with your toothbrush or by themselves.

Use a toothbrush wet with some warm water and gently brush over your lips. Pat dry and immediately apply a lip oil or moisturizing balm.

If you have a lip scrub rub this mixture on your lips until they feel soft and gently scrub off the dead, dry skin using your toothbrush wet with warm water.

You can create your lip scrub using a mixture of brown sugar, water, coconut, olive oil, or essential oils.

2. Use a hydrating product to enhance your lips moisture level

If you're dealing with super dry, chapped lips, consider a product with Hyaluronic Acid, Aloe Vera, or Lanolin. When it comes to these products consistency is key! Apply throughout the day when you feel your lips begin to lose their moisture.

3. Use a Lip Plumper

If you have a desire for fuller lips without undergoing cosmetic injections look for lip plumper for immediate plump results. Topical lip plumpers work by holding onto moisture in the skin surface, which results in a localized swelling effect. Many lip plumpers contain mild irritants such as capsicum found in chili peppers, cinnamon, or menthol. When applied to your lips, the irritation causes blood to rush to the surface of the skin, which results in a mild and temporary plumping of the lips due to transient swelling. This gives the lips a fuller and smoother appearance.

4. Massage your lips

To increase circulation and blood flow to your lips gently massage your lips. You can use a Facial Cup with a natural essential oil like Lavender or sweet almond oil to get a soft plumper appearance.

5. Use a Sleeping Lip mask overnight

Get softer lips while you sleep! Lip Sleeping Masks typically have a softening balm texture that closely adheres to lips for quick absorption. Many lip sleeping masks contain hyaluronic acid and minerals to form a protective film over the lips to lock in moisture while you sleep. Apply before bed and wake up with super soft lips.

6. Try a hydrating lip gel mask

Exfoliate your lips and apply a warm washcloth before applying the gel lip mask and leave for 15-20 minutes. These masks typically contain a blend of hyaluronic acid and collagen that gives lips a moisturizing boost.

7. Use a lip product with SPF to protect your lips from sun exposure

The sun's UV rays damage the elastin and collagen fibers in our skin, resulting in dry flaky lips that can prematurely age your lips.

8. DON’T lick Your lips!

Repeated lip licking can even lead to a chronic condition known as lip licker's dermatitis. The skin on the lips is thin and delicate. Excessive licking of your lips can dry them out. Your saliva moistens the lips but soon evaporates, leaving them drier than before. This is because your saliva has digestive enzymes which begin to wear down the skin on your lips creating a negative cycle of drying out your lips.

9. Don’t Smoke!

Nicotine causes blood vessels to shrink and narrow, reducing blood flow and starving skin of oxygen and the nutrients it needs to remain healthy and supple. This can cause your lips to dry out and prematurely age.

10. Don’t Chew your lips

This can be a hard habit for some people to quit and sometimes happens without us even consciously aware that we are doing this. This habit can cause inflammation, swelling, and sores.
